What age is learn. blend. read.™ for?
It’s designed for children ages 3–7, the critical window for building strong reading foundations. However, we recommend starting as early as 12 months old, to allow your child as much time to truly enjoy a no pressure learning experience.
Do I need any special materials to use the method?
No. Most activities use items you already have at home or in the classroom, plus the resources included in the course. However, there is a special recommended list of materials if you'd rather add color and sparkle to your child's reading experience.
Can it help children who struggle with attention or learning differences?
Yes. The approach uses time, repetition, autonomy, and choice to reach a wide variety of learners and their needs. There are accessible activities throughout the program that support different learning styles.
